Abstract

Madrasah teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and mentality of the younger generation. They not only function as teachers, but also as mentors who can inspire and motivate students to develop their potential. In the context of entrepreneurship, madrasah teachers can be agents of change who encourage students to think creatively, innovatively, and dare to take risks in entrepreneurship. However, not all teachers have adequate knowledge and skills in the field of entrepreneurship. Pidie Jaya Regency, as one of the regions in Aceh, has great potential to develop the entrepreneurship sector. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the capacity and competence of madrasah teachers in the field of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship training program for madrasah teachers in Pidie Jaya is designed to answer these needs. Through this training, it is hoped that teachers can develop entrepreneurial knowledge and skills which they can then pass on to their students. The entrepreneurship training program for madrasah teachers in Pidie Jaya is designed with a comprehensive, participatory, and applicable approach. Evaluation of entrepreneurship training activities for madrasah teachers in Pidie Jaya showed positive results and had a significant impact on the participants
