About the Journal
Indonesian Journal of Islamic and Social Science (IJISS) this journal focuses on Islamic studies in a broad sense, covering issues related to local wisdom, sharia economics, politics, education, law, and philosophy. The languages used in this journal are Indonesian and English.
IJISS is a journal that can be easily accessed by readers. This journal is a forum or medium for sharing information and knowledge between scholars, ulama, academics, and those interested in social/religious sciences to increase research and writing capacity.
The first IJISS was released online in June 2023. IJISS is published twice a year, in June and December.
IJISS already has ISSN numbers for the 3031-1594 (print) and 3031-2388 (online) versions.

Journal of Indonesian Social and Islamic Sciences (JISIS) Volume 2 No. 2 Year 2024 is a scientific journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) IAI Almuslim Aceh. The articles in this journal present the results of research conducted by researchers who focus on issues related to local wisdom, Islamic economics, politics, education, law, and philosophy. In this edition there are 7 articles with authors from 5 different campuses, namely the Institut Ahmad Dahlan Probolinggo, Universitas KH. Abdul Chalim Mojokerto, Universitas Syiahkuala, Universitas Islam Aceh dan Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya.
With the publication of this journal, it is hoped that it can contribute to the development of Islamic studies, as well as be useful for scholars, intellectuals, academics, and enthusiasts of social/religious sciences in order to increase research and writing capacity.
