The development of sharia-based Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is becoming increasingly important in the context of inclusive and sustainable economic growth. This article aims to explore various aspects of sharia-based SME development, including access to financing, increasing managerial capacity, and the social impact of the business being run. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects data from SMEs through surveys and in-depth interviews. The research results show that SMEs involved in sharia-based development programs experienced a significant increase in understanding of sharia financing products, financial management and digital marketing. In addition, SMEs that operate in accordance with sharia principles tend to pay more attention to product quality and halal aspects, which in turn increases their competitiveness in the market. Although there are challenges in terms of sharia financial literacy and policy support, the development of sharia-based SMEs has great potential to contribute to the local and national economy. It is hoped that this article can provide insight for stakeholders in formulating more effective strategies to support the development of sharia-based SMEs in Indonesia.
