This study aims to improve the Arabic language skills of students at the Al-Muslim Bireuen Islamic Boarding School through the application of interactive learning methods. The background of this study is based on the low interest and active participation of students in Arabic language learning which has tended to be one-way and monotonous. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Learning activities are designed using various interactive techniques such as educational games, group discussions, role plays, and audio-visual media. The results of the study showed a significant increase in understanding vocabulary, sentence structure, and Arabic speaking and listening skills. Students showed higher enthusiasm and active participation in the learning process. Thus, interactive methods have proven effective in improving Arabic language skills and building a fun and communicative learning atmosphere in the Islamic boarding school environment.
