PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BANK ACEH CABANG BIREUEN

This research aims to explain whether compensation has an effect on increasing the performance of PT employees. Bank Aceh Bireuen Branch. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Aceh Bireuen Branch, with a sample size of 77 respondents. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire, then the data was processed quantitatively. Partial research results (t test) show that the compensation variable (X) has a t value of 2.740 while t table is 1.671. This means tcount > ttable, so the research results reject Ho and accept Ha. So it can be concluded that partially the compensation variable has an effect on increasing the performance of PT employees. Bank Aceh Bireuen Branch. And based on the results of simultaneous research (f test) it shows that the Fcount value is 7.509 with a significance level of 0.000, while the Ftable value is 3.97. So it can be written Fcount > Ftable (7.509 > 3.97). The research results accept Ha and reject Ho, which means that simultaneously the compensation variable has an effect on increasing the performance of PT employees. Bank Aceh Bireuen Branch.
