This study aims to analyze the implications of learning theory on the use of interactive applications in Arabic language learning. By using the literature review method, the research stages include selecting articles, similarities in research focus, and reviewing articles. This study collected ten scientific articles and theses from national journals published in 2020-2024. The results of the analysis show that the use of interactive applications in learning Arabic supports the development of students from the point of view of learning theory. The implications of learning theory on the use of interactive applications are: implications of behavioristic theory, implications of cognitive theory; Implications of Constructivism Theory.
